Prototyping and Sampling

Our designers’ technical concepts are developed into solutions using dedicated software, then produced on cutting plotters. Once the samples have been reviewed and approved, the design is translated into a full cutting die.

Additional technical draughtsmen prepare and optimise the files for processing on our machinery — covering laser cutting, blade mounting, stripping rubber application, and finishing.
